ABOUT US
What do you do?
We provide expert technical assistance and capacity building: organizational consulting, evaluation and research, professional coaching, administrative support and oversight, training and workshops, and business start-up and operational management.
Who do you work with?
School districts, community based organizations, entrepreneurs, business proprietors, professional leaders, care facilities and transitional living providers, and new founders.
Do you work outside Wisconsin?
Yes. We are based in Wisconsin and serve clients nationally, on site or virtually.
What are your hours?
9:00am to 5:00pm Central Time, Monday through Friday. Closed weekends and federal holidays.
GETTING STARTED
How does an engagement start?
A no-risk consultation, then a written proposal with your scope, fees and delivery plan. Once dates are confirmed, we deliver on site or virtually.
Are services customized?
Yes. Standard offerings are adapted to your audience as part of the fee, and we build custom scopes, curricula and coaching series where you need them.
TRAINING
What formats do you offer?
90 minutes, 2 hours, half-day (up to 4 hours), full-day (up to 7 hours), two-day intensive (up to 14 hours), and virtual half-day or full-day. Half-day modules can be stacked into a full day.
How many participants?
Standard rates cover up to 25 per session. Additional participants are $60 each, or we can agree on a revised plan for larger groups.
Can sessions be recorded?
Not without our written consent. Our curricula remain our property and are licensed to your organization for internal use.
FEES AND PAYMENT
What does a training cost?

Do you offer discounts?
Eligible nonprofits receive 15% off standard institutional rates. Three or more confirmed dates receive about 10% savings. The two cannot be combined.
How does payment work?
A 30% booking deposit holds your date, with the balance due net 30. A 10% late fee applies to past-due amounts.
What if we need to cancel?
More than 21 days out, your deposit moves to a new date or is refunded less non-recoverable costs. 8 to 21 days: 50% due. Seven days or fewer: 100% due.
Every engagement is grounded in our 5-C approach: Competent, Credentialed, Committed, Communicative and Caring. Fees and formats are confirmed in a written proposal.
